Black Garlic, honey, coffee and agar-agar are the ingredients that fall drop by drop to create the caviar black garlic. Then, after they get cold, one by one the perfect drops are selected and then placed in pasteurized jars.
Expect a gentle taste, but unlike the other forms, the BG caviar does not aromatize directly recipe, but only until it has been bitten, the aromas are released.
It can be used as an ingredient in a dressing for salads, in cold soups, or as a finish on dishes, giving an elegant look at serving and a sweet explosion into the mouth.
